FINANCIAL POLICIES

PARTICIPATION FEE:

  1. The participation fee of Regular is 375.000 VND for Delegate and 295.000 VND for Observer, which covers a variety of delicious food and beverages. We guarantee to create the most enjoyable experience for beloved participants during the three-day YE-MUN 2024 Conference. Especially, throughout conference time, tea breaks, prom or social bonding activities will definitely pave the way for our participants’ sharpening essential soft skills.​

  2. All participation fees must be submitted to YE-MUN organizers before deadlines announced on our website or through e-mails.

REFUND POLICY:

  1. All participation fees must be submitted to YE-MUN organizers before deadlines announced on our website or through e-mails.

  2. After the submission form has been processed, participants who can not participate in the Conference due to personal matters must send an e-mail to YE-MUN detailing their reasons as well as Bank Account ID to refund.

  3. After receiving a confirmation e-mail from the organizers, participants can receive a 50% refund of the initial fee or give that participation slot to other participants.
